Fresh ahi poke going into the case right now!

Fresh hand-cut yellowfin tuna lightly dressed with soy, mirin, sweet Thai chili sauce and a touch of sesame oil. Finished with fresh ginger, scallion, and shaved red onion and garnished with sesame seeds!

We're making Salad Nicoise today!

Our Salad Nicoise (nee-shwa) starts with a bed of fresh spring mix greens. The salad is garnished with hard-boiled eggs, blanched green beans, boiled baby yukon potatoes, grape tomatoes, and kalamata olives and topped with 4oz of our house-made tuna confit. Each salad includes 2oz of vinaigrette and a lemon wedge.
