About John Fazio Farms:
John Fazio Farms is located in Modena, New York. We are in the heart of the hudson valley and 80 miles north of Manhattan. They are raised with care making sure that the animals are never fed any hormones or antibiotics and are comfortable. We always make sure that the animals are transported to restaurants and retailers fresh, never vacuum packed or frozen. After they've

been shipped off to a restaurant, they are enjoyed by hundreds of people in places such as Savoy, one of New York's finest dining establishments. Our delicious products are available year round. Our personal goal is to provide people in the tri-state area and beyond with fresh food that is not only delicious but is healthful.
