Remember when I said I was going to stop just telling everyone to eat more fiber and start showing you easy ways to actually do it?
Here’s a simple smoothie with only 3 ingredients, around 15g of fiber, and such a refreshing way to help get things moving 💩
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 kiwi, skin on and washed
1 small frozen banana
1/3 cup Hapüs Granola
250ml water
Method:
Add everything to a blender and blend really well until smooth, especially because we’re leaving the skin on the kiwi.
Enjoy it and let the fiber do its thing 🤭
Why these ingredients?
🥝 Skin-on kiwi
Kiwi is known to support digestion, and keeping the skin on adds extra fiber. Just make sure you wash it well and blend really well.
🍌 Frozen banana
Adds natural sweetness and makes the smoothie creamy without needing anything else.
🥣 Hapüs Granola
Brings 9g of fiber from nuts, seeds, coconut, and prebiotic fiber, plus that delicious flavor.
💧 Water
Keeps it light and refreshing.
If you don’t have Hapüs on hand, you can use a mix of nuts and seeds, but the fiber amount will change.
