Available Friday, May 15: Rainbow Sherbert, our smoothie sour ale!

To create this smoothie sour, we take a big and creamy base of malted barley, flaked oats and milk sugar, then ferment it with a huge dose of fruit. A small vanilla addition plays with the milk sugar to create an ice cream-like flavor profile and mouthfeel to complement the fruit.

Brewed with tangerines, raspberries, calamansi and lime peel to imitate the classic rainbow sherbert flavor!
