**Job Title**: Cook for Food Trailer

**Location**: Mobile

**Job Type**: Full-time/Part-time

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team at Soul Heaven Cafe & Catering Food Trailer . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals, maintaining food safety standards, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
- Assist in inventory management and meal planning.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.
- Adapt to menu changes and special requests from customers.

**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food trailer environment preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: $10-$13
