GRITS, with delicious culinary toppings such as creamy shrimp, beef stroganoff, vegetarian mushroom and many more depending on the day and season. GRUB, including paninis and eventually a variety soups when the weather turns chilly. Paninis will include Chef Leah's Roasted Beef Brisket, Swiss and Onion Panini or her Turkey Pesto and Artichoke Panini with Goat Cheese or for kids and finicky palates, her Ham and White Cheddar, just to name a few...
Chef Leah can create a menu and park in your area during a regular work day, corporate party, birthdays, festival, church function or even rehearsal dinners and outdoor weddings! Chef Leah plans to use as many locally grown ingredients as possible so prices will vary depending on the season and produce available.
