We had the honor of catering a Cocktail Buffet for The University of Alabama School of Law Alumni at the Federal Courthouse on Tuesday. Our staff had the best time taking care of these wonderful Alumni members!

Their menu consisted of Cheese Straw Tomato Tartlets, a Roasted Vegetable Display, Mediterranean Hummus and homemade Pita Chips, Dolmades, and Prosciutto Melon Skewers. We also had a Chef on site making Ham and Fig Paninis and Turkey and Pesto Paninis.

This past weekend, the Georgia Roussos Catering Crew had the pleasure of catering an end of the year plated, seated dinner for the The University of South Alabama Medical School residents and faculty. It was an honor to help create a memorable dining experience as everyone gathered to connect for a presentation to honor the medical residents.
