I had The Creamery all to myself today, so I decided to come up and create my Spumoni Ice Cream.
I say “my” because this flavor ignites a lot of opinions on how it should be made.
How I made mine:
Black cherry ice cream, pistachio ice cream with pistachios and chocolate ice cream. It’s a little difficult to layer it just right because I made it in a 3 gallon bucket. I think I was able to achieve a good balance with all three flavors. I will have it ready Tuesday at all three locations. I can’t wait to try it myself!
