2 Will be a Salad Course with Baby Greens, Toasted Pecans and a blood orange, guava and pineapple vinaigrette paired with Winter Crush

3 Will be a Pork Schnitzel with peas & greens, duck fat gravy and cornbread paired with Octoberfest

4 Will be a special Maple & toasted walnut bread pudding with cranberries and nutmeg topped with a spiced whip cream paired with A Nightmare on St Louis Street
