Our newest supper item is inspired by all the warmth and coziness of fall.
Cotechino is an Italian sausage - coming from the word “cotica” which means rind - that is commonly served for Christmas and New Year’s with lentils or mashed potatoes. Its flavor is unique because of the pork rind found within the sausage and it is slow cooked and juicy. Our Cotechino comes from , a family farm from Como, Mississippi that has existed for five generations!
Served with turnips, sweet potato, squash butter and a citrus glaze, you can find this delectable new supper item exclusively on our dinner menu.
As always, we’re excited to introduce people to things may not have had the opportunity to try while supporting local and smaller farms.
