Our newest supper item is inspired by all the warmth and coziness of fall.
Cotechino is an Italian sausage - coming from the word “cotica” which means rind - that is commonly served for Christmas and New Year’s with lentils or mashed potatoes. Its flavor is unique because of the pork rind found within the sausage and it is slow cooked and juicy. Our Cotechino comes from , a family farm from Como, Mississippi that has existed for five generations!
Served with turnips, sweet potato, squash butter and a citrus glaze, you can find this delectable new supper item exclusively on our dinner menu.
As always, we’re excited to introduce people to things may not have had the opportunity to try while supporting local and smaller farms.

We’re feeling 2022, when it comes to white wines anyway!
We have a great Chardonnay, Verdejo, and Pinot Gris all available by the glass or by the bottle.

From left to right:
• Lingua Franca “AVNI” Chardonnay, from Willamette Valley, Oregon. With a focus on obtaining fruit from shallow volcanic soils, it is sourced from multiple vineyards. Aged in a small amount of new oak and mostly neutral oak, this wine is elegant, complex and a balanced, crowd pleasing Chardonnay. Delicious!

• Cantalapiedra “Lirondo” Verdejo, from Rueda, Spain. This medium bodied verdejo was created using both organic and biodynamic farming practices. Aged in stainless steel, it’s a unique dry white that is paired beautifully with our seafood options (including our pumpkin gnocchi).

• Clendenen Family Vineyards Pinot Gris, from Santa Maria Valley, California. This is a new world version of the classic Alsatian style of Pinot Gris. Zesty and refreshing, this dry white is great by itself or pairs well with food.

As promised, a fun new fall dish is here and we’ve fallen in love already!

We know it’s a bit sudden, but it’s so cozy and comforting, we couldn’t help ourselves! Our pumpkin gnocchi comes with rock shrimp, habanada peppers, dukkah (a middle eastern spice blend with nuts and seeds), and fresh herbs.

Available exclusively on our lunch menu, we’re open for lunch Monday through Friday, 11 to 2 pm.

We have a new dessert and it’s as delicious as it is thoughtful.
Our chefs make ricotta in house for our beet salad, of which whey is a by-product of. Instead of discarding it, our chef decided to use it in a custard, cooking it down and adding white chocolate to it. Using graham flour for the sable crust, the result of our whey caramel tart is something rich, decadent and accompanied beautifully by a compressed and brûléed mutsu apple - because nothing says fall like caramel apple. We have limited quantities this weekend, so don’t miss your opportunity to try what the staff is calling a delectable masterpiece.
