Meet the Artist: Kat
Inspired by the red rocks and wild canyons of Moab, Utah, Kat’s work captures the deep connection between people and the natural world. Each piece she creates reflects the textures, movement, and rhythm of the desert. Shaped and forged by hand with care and intention.

Specializing in metalwork, hand sawing designs, patina, and unique bezel settings, Kat brings a sense of adventure and grounding to her jewelry. Every piece is handmade, carrying the raw beauty of organic materials and the spirit of the landscapes that inspire her.

Her work reminds us to slow down, stay curious, and carry a piece of the earth with us wherever we go.

Come find her work over at Horsethief Coffee. We are located at the Historic Ranch House @ Moab Springs Ranch, 1266 N Hwy 191. Our hours are 7am to noon!

Henry Barker moved to Moab in 2017, a few years after receiving a degree in Fine Art from Hendrix College in Arkansas.

“I draw a lot of my artistic inspiration from the limitless wonder that can be found in connection with the life and landscapes of southern Utah,” Henry states.

“With a tinge of abstraction fueled by intuition and imagination, my color pencil drawings emerge through a playful balance between precise control and creative release as I try, mostly subconsciously, to visually incorporate those feelings of sensory and extrasensory magic that tend to arise when experiencing real immersion with the surroundings.”

Support from the local community, world travelers, family and friends have helped his creative journey continue to evolve.

He loves being able to share his work with a widening audience. We are grateful to exhibit Henry’s work here &

Prints, postcards and stickers are available for purchase. To view more of Henry’s work, check out www.henrybarker.art and .
