Dear Sienna Wings Family,
We’re reaching out today with an urgent request for your support.
Sienna Wings—a locally operated, nationally recognized restaurant here in Missouri City—is currently being blocked from receiving approval for our business signage by the Sienna Property Owners Association (SPOA).
SPOA is refusing to process our signage application unless we sign a “coexistence agreement” with Sienna Johnson Development that would require us to license the use of the word “Sienna” — despite the fact that we already own the federally trademarked name “Sienna Wings.”
Signing this agreement would set a dangerous precedent. It could force us to give up control over how our own name is used, subject our brand to ongoing oversight, create future legal vulnerability, and weaken the protection of our federally registered trademark. In short, it would compromise our brand autonomy and long-term business security.
Without proper signage, we are already losing foot traffic, missing out on 24/7 visibility, and facing customer confusion as people struggle to locate us. This delay is causing real financial harm to a small business that has proudly served this community since 2017.
We are asking for your help.
Please take a moment to sign our petition in support of fair treatment and small business protection. You do NOT have to live in Texas to sign. Every signature matters.
If you’re willing, we also ask that you share the petition with your friends and family. Your voice can help us secure the sign we need to remain visible, accessible, and thriving in our community.
Thank you for standing with us.
