My name's Emma and my passion for authentic thin crust, wood fired pizza started at a young age growing up in Boston, Massachusetts. I have since set my roots down in Missoula, Montana and I’m excited to be the owner and operator of the the Clove Cart Pizza Peddlers. Our mission is to create the finest quality wood fired pizzas from seasonal, local ingredients in our unique garlic shaped p
izza oven. The Cart
A 1995 Ford Ranger was transformed into a garlic bulb shaped pizza cart, making it a truly one-of-a-kind endeavor. The cart is a fully functional mobile unit there’s a commercial fridge, powered by solar panels, a handwashing sink, dry storage cabinets and a 2 ton masonry/earthen oven. The cart is made from reused and recycled materials, and designed and built by Mike Robinson and Kendal Rogers the original pizza peddlers.
