Well you can try it both ways at The Trough! We have added Big Sky IPA to our draft list for a limited time. Our draft pour is $5 instead of our normal $7. A little treat for you while you’re waiting for Powder Hound❄️

Last week one of our chefs, Henry, participated in a Dessert & Wine Benefit for Zootown Arts Community Center !
Henry had the help of one of our servers/store clerks,Rebekkah, to help showcase his dessert & speak with guests of the benefit.
Henry created a delightful dessert - Profiteroles with orange & butterfly pea flower infused pastry cream, topped with a dark chocolate ganache. 😋

The night was a hit, thank you Henry & Rebekkah for being the best & working on this event😊
