Halawet el Jibn (Sweet Cheese Rolls)

Traditional Levantine, specifically Syrian, dessert consisting of a soft, stretchy cheese and semolina dough stuffed with clotted cream (ashta), often scented with rose or orange blossom water. It is typically served chilled, drizzled with sugar syrup ('ater), and topped with pistachios.
