And honestly, I have no idea if this is the last one for the year! October gets weird, you guys know Montana fall is unpredictable! Our goal is to make it to the 31st of October but sometimes Mother Nature takes charge!

A couple of weeks ago we had our summer team dinner and as our season is slowly coming to a close, I really just needed to give a shoutout to these folks. I love this crew and I’m so thankful to have each and every one of them on my team! Including all of their partners, our little Aiko’s family grows every year. I’ve found some of the best people here since I’ve opened Aiko’s and I’m grateful to call them family ❤️

It’s curry time 🤤

Japanese Curry Udon is back! It’s the most filling and warming meal you’ll ever have - this is a comfort food for myself and I really enjoy making curry. Served with onions and carrots! You can add some pickled ginger, chicken or a potato!
