Chef Bruizer got creative with the cinnamon rolls this morning. Covered with our house made cream cheese frosting, chocolate ganache, and MandM’s, or Twix bars. These are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Come get them while we continue to make them!

We’ve been finding our way with our new food trailer for 4 months now. We’ve been at events and festivals, on downtown streets Saturday night, at big concerts, and small dog events. It’s hard work, and keeping us busy. We are loving what we are doing. Thank you to the.blue.heron_photography for capturing these candid pics of us one night. And thank you to the customers who keep finding us, chatting us up, and buying our foods. We couldn’t do this without the village!

We are a locally owned cafe and bakery on South Reserve street, with a welcoming and inclusive work environment.

We have a variety of part and full time positions open at our place. We need some of everyone; line cooks, front of house and coffee bar operators, bakers, and hands of all trades. We will do training with you and help you cross train for various tasks. And if you want some occasional help on the food trailer, you can do that too!

Sometimes we stumble. Our systems fail. Our plans break apart. What was supposed to be a relaxing week of vacation has become chaotic.

This week has been that kind of week for us. Staffing challenges and miscommunications led to the cafe closing for the week, missed special orders, and customers left without the service and respect they deserve.

We will get back on our feet. We will make it right for those of you we wronged. And we will look forward to seeing your smiling faces as we welcome you back in starting Monday.

Come find us set up in just down the road at our neighbors and partners Cheech and Chong’s Dispensary, at the corner of Mount Ave and S. Reserve street (1536 S. Reserve).

Running a Saturday snack special: $2.50 mozzarella sticks, jalapeno poppers, or fries. We will be here until 6:00PM Saturday. Happy 4th of July!
