My son decided early on that he wanted to become a Chef. Two years ago we enrolled him at the KC Culinary in downtown OP. He was hooked and wanted more. Two weeks later he used money he had saved to enroll in the Jr. Chef's Academy and began taking as many classes as his already busy schedule would allow. His skill set ranges from Tamales to Thai, Cupcakes and more on his little radar. The last cl

ass he took was on making Crêpes and the dream was really ignited. He is trying to make his vision a reality by making crêpes to raise money for his college/culinary education and expand his very adventurous goals at owning a full-scale food truck inspired by the recent Jon Faverau movie "Chef" he has decided to name it "Loc-El Jefe". He plans to focus on Mexican cuisine, Mexi-cue, and Sweet Crêpes (where it all began) made with all local ingredients (within 150 miles).
