Hey friends,
After three amazing seasons at Bentsen State Park, we’ve made the tough but exciting decision to close our location there. While we loved being part of the park, the space, setup, and limitations just didn’t allow us to bring the full Le’Chez Bleu experience to life the way we dreamed.
But this isn’t goodbye, just a new beginning in the future. Le’Chez Bleu isn’t over!
We’ve learned so much these past few years , about running a kitchen, building a brand, and creating a place people want to come back to. And we’re so grateful for every single one of you who supported us, shared our food, and followed our journey.
We’re taking time to reimagine what’s next… when we’re ready you’ll be the first to know!
