Good afternoon every one, the post we’re about to make is not the kind we have ever done. This isn’t the first time something like this happens but it is one of the biggest orders that have been left behind. Today we had someone call in an order from our place for a total of 5 tortas. Something we usually will get orders for, but today the person that put the order either had an emergency or decided to just not come and pick up. Yes we did try to contact the customer several times to let them know their order was ready. More than a hour passed after the food was ready and no signs or communication from the customer. We would just really appreciate it if there was some sort of communication to let us know what is going on. Right now most of us are not in a place where we can just have orders left behind because I am sure right now many like us have either slow days or going through some sort of difficulty. So please keep your small businesses in mind when something like this happens. We would appreciate communication of some sort out of common courtesy.
