Our With Love, Tiki party in Modern Culinary is selling fast! A little update - in addition to the event offerings, our rum loving guests can add on a flight of the foursquare $35 for 4 .5oz tastes - or just buy the regular pours of 1 and 2oz offerings.

Have you ever wanted to build you own Mai Tai, Junglebird, or other Tiki cocktail? Well now you have your chance with our renowned bartenders Ryan Magnuson and Jesse Bowen.

Come taste the building blocks of Tiki drinks, learn some of the history of Tiki, and lastly build your own sweet Tiki cocktail that will surely inspire you to host your own party! We’ll even send you home with a beautiful Tiki mug to add to your collection! Dress to impress in your best tropical attire! Snacks will be provided by our own Chef Linda Duerr. Expect fun flavors, relaxed energy, and a great way to kick off summer.

This post is for chefs or anyone who knows a chef - we’re currently hiring for our busy and beautiful kitchen!

Position requires experience in all line positions and advanced backbone prep responsibilities. Must have extensive knowledge of garde mange, soup preparation, braising, sauté, etc.

Our menu is seasonally driven, we have a garden on site, and we strive to buy local whenever possible.

Located in the beautiful 1900 Building, we prepare menus for both the restaurant and for a variety of special events. Catering background is a huge plus.

We care about our employees and work environment at 1900. Our kitchen is fun, inventive, and a wonderful place to grow as a chef. We offer good pay, health benefits, 401K, and the opportunity to further your career.
