My english/quilting teacher from high school has been supporting me through the many years, journeys and professions since then. She has also been a major source of encouragement and a continued resource for my never ending quest to be a better writer. Teaching me during and after high school. I even took her quilting class my senior year and I’ve kept my quilt under wraps since then. I implore you all to follow her on Instagram, like her photos and buy her art to support a truly genuine soul! The birdhouse I’ve got dibs on is sewing themed, a natural match. Some day I’ll have a family wrapped up in the quilt she taught me to make, we’ll be looking out a snow framed window pane at a family of birds nesting in this beautiful birdhouse that my mom is buying me for my birthday, so we can give back to a teacher who gives her all!
