Roasting coffee is not for the weak!
You see..

Roasters are constantly cleaning equipment. Hundreds and thousands of pounds of coffee go through our roasters. The combination of coffee oils and high heat create messy build up inside the roaster overtime. If not cleaned properly and routinely, the build up can cause fires, smokey tasting coffee, and expensive damage.

This picture was the project today..

3 hours of hard work with coffee oil buildup covering my arms to make sure our coffee comes out high quality for our customers!
