Simple ingredients can have the biggest impact on a meal.

Tonight's dinner was all about simplicity. Fresh fish, fresh herbs, butter and zesty lemons really made this salmon piccata a stand out entree. Accompanied by jalapeño lime zucchini & fennel & tomato confit.

Sunday dinner was a success!
