Even though the restaurant is closed, and Chef Dolly has moved to South Dakota, but I'm(Eric)still here in Minot.

If any of our old customer would like to eat something from our menu before or something I make(see photos) like steam or pan fried dumplings, fried rice, omelette rice, hamburgers, spring rolls, eel rice bowl, seafood rice bowl, and/or beef rice bowl pleas feel free to contact me, just give me two days notice so I can prepare them and I'll let you know the price. Most things has to be made and pickup on the same day(in the afternoon or evening)except dumplings, I could put them in the freezer and you just tell me how many dumplings you'd like, you could take them home and cook yourself. Or I'll make them fresh per your request. I hope you guys will continue to support me as you have for Yenti's.

Hello everyone, is been a while. At least it feels like it, we miss all of you.

Just to update, chef Dolly might start working at one place in town doing sushi and her other popular dishes. Where and when is not clear yet and we don't want to announce it till we know for sure. So stay tune, we will have more news for you.

We still have cash register, shave ice machine, sushi refrigerator and electronic clock in system with cards and everything that comes with it.
