Our Wild Mushroom & Spinach Omelet features roasted oyster mushrooms from Forest Mushrooms in St. Joseph, Minnesota, fresh spinach, and Gruyère cheese for a savory, satisfying brunch favorite.

We're grateful for the local farmers and producers who help bring fresh, seasonal ingredients to our kitchen. Their dedication allows us to serve dishes that celebrate the best of Minnesota, one plate at a time.
