Got the Flame boss in the mail the other day! All I can say is WOW! This thing is the Cadillac of pit controllers. I'm able to monitor and change settings on my pit from my smartphone. This thing was a breeze to set up. Big shout out to Flame boss and Jeff Davis for making it happen!

Tavares is in the books! We had a great time at a great event. We managed 4th place ribs and an 8th place pork for 7th overall out of 40 teams. Not bad for as much as we've been cooking.

Well the Old Florida Outdoor festival is in the books.. we had a great weekend! We finished 5th overall out of 80 teams...

Well the Old Florida Outdoor festival is in the books.. we had a great weekend! We finished 5th overall out of 80 teams with a 3rd in chicken and 7th in ribs! The new Traeger pro 34 put the smack down on our chicken this weekend! Congratulations to Swamp boys on reserve grand and Bullrush Bbq on Grand. Thanks to the city of apopka for putting on one hell of a contest.

We had great time this weekend at the Sonny's Invitational. What a great event against the top cooks in the country. We wound up 32nd overall out 51 great teams with a 2nd place brisket call! We were very pleased with that. Big Congrats to Cajun Blaze on GC Wolf's Revenge on RGC and Uncle Kennys Bbq on 3rd overall! See you all in Apopka in 3 weeks!

Wow! We had a great time this weekend at the American Royal! We ended up 87th overall out of 180 in the invitational with our 2 best categories being pork at 51st place and Brisket at 36th. Then we turned around and cooked the open. We finished 101st overall out of 567 teams. Our 2 best categories were 68th brisket and 40th place pork. Thanks to everyone who made this happen this weekend. Definitely worth the trip!
