"The long weekend was sweet, but we're happy to be back in the roastery. 🤎

Today looks a lot like green coffee, packing tape, shipping labels, and maybe a few too many cups of coffee.

Everything we roast is roasted to order, which means most orders head out the door within 2–3 business days from ordering.

Tuesdays are usually our biggest roast days, so we're busy getting fresh coffee ready for homes, cafés, and shelves across West Virginia.

Need coffee? We're on it. 😉☕️

Visit www.cherryrivercoffee.com to place an order!

An interesting and super affordable coffee from East Timor just hit our website, and we needed a little help to dial in the first roast. See how we used Path Intelligence, our roast profiling tool inside RoastPATH, to find a better jumping-off point for a coffee we've never worked with before.

Path Intelligence was built to help roasters waste less time and use fewer greens to get a great roast. If a coffee comes across your cupping table that seems like a killer deal, but the fear of an unfamiliar origin keeps you from saying "yes", Path Intelligence is here to help.

If you're seeing this... here is your reminder to clean your roaster this weekend. 😉

"Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear coffee chaff and smell like smoke all day.

Every Friday, the Roastery shuts things down so Chandler and Jayla can tear apart the roaster, scrape carbon, clean pipes, and keep the whole system running smooth. It’s dirty, sweaty, unglamorous work — but it’s a huge part of why the coffee tastes the way it does.
