We’re honored to welcome Chef Nina Compton to Minneapolis this July for the Synergy Series 2026, presented by Bell Bank! ⁠

Born and raised in St. Lucia, Chef Nina Compton grew up with the flavors and beauty of the Caribbean. She melds inspirations from her upbringing with her love for French and Italian cuisine while highlighting Louisiana’s indigenous ingredients at Compère Lapin, her New Orleans restaurant.⁠

A limited number of dining room reservations to experience this special tasting menu on July 30 & 31 are now available on Tock via www.exploretock.com/spoonandstable

You can also join us for Chef Compton’s Dialogue, held at Glass House on July 31st at 12 pm. She’ll sit down with leadership and hospitality coach Alison Arth of Salt + Roe to talk about her professional journey, her leadership philosophy, and the lessons she’s passing onto the next generation of hospitality professionals.
