Born and raised in St. Lucia, Chef Nina Compton grew up with the flavors and beauty of the Caribbean. She melds inspirations from her upbringing with her love for French and Italian cuisine while highlighting Louisiana’s indigenous ingredients at Compère Lapin, her New Orleans restaurant.
