Local Spiced Apple with Oat Crumble is here! A fall staple at Pumphouse 🍂🍎

Local Whistling Well apples are cooked down with a fall spice blend and churned into a perfectly creamy ice cream. Homemade oat crumble is then folded in, resulting in a perfect dessert for the changing seasons 🍦🍎🍂

Let’s talk vanilla!

Madagascar Vanilla and Vanilla Bean both feature Vanilla Bean Project vanilla. Madagascar Vanilla has both vanilla extract and vanilla bean paste. Vanilla Bean has just the paste.

The vanilla bean paste is a double fold, meaning double the amount of vanilla goes into the processing compared to the extract, which is single fold.

Vanilla Bean Project is the best vanilla we have tried, they seriously know what they’re doing!
