Muscovado is a partially unrefined sugar, whose flavor resembles butterscotch and molasses. It is the perfect flavor to complement our creamy non-dairy base of coconut and oat milk.

We offer a small selection of non-dairy and vegan options at Pumphouse- typically two ice creams, and a sorbet. We are currently scooping Muscovado, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and Pear and Vanilla Bean sorbet. When possible, we offer a couple extra flavors in pints- currently Madagascar Vanilla and Passion Fruit and Mango Sorbet.

It’s Mother’s Day! 5 new flavors are available now: Zabaione, Chili Crisp w/Honey Roasted Peanuts, Bilberry Quark, Pear and Vanilla Bean Sorbet, and… lots of you guessed it… Strawberry Rhubarb!

Coming this Mother’s Day, May 10th…. Wild Bilberries and Quark.

Bilberries are a wild berry from Northern Europe similar to blueberries and huckleberries, but with a more intense color and flavor. We churn these berries into a beautiful purple ice cream and add a tang with quark - a creamy, unaged European cheese.

Available May 10th. Only one more flavor to be announced!
