After a year at Graze Food Hall, Caja Fried Chicken will be wrapping up service at the end of our lease on January 31 🧡
We are deeply grateful to the Graze team and the Travail Collective for the opportunity to be part of the food hall’s first year under new ownership. It was a meaningful chance to cook, learn, and be in community alongside so many talented chefs and staff.
As we step away, we are excited to support Graze as they make room for their next chapter, including the opening of new chef-driven concepts over the coming weeks and months. We’re proud to have played a part in the evolution of the space and look forward to staying connected and collaborating again in the future.
Thank you to everyone for joining us over the past year. Our final day of service is January 31.
