We’re excited to share that Rosie, one of our Butcher Salt food trucks, is heading to a new home with a women-owned business in Wisconsin. We love knowing she’ll keep rolling up to events and bringing people together around great food.
And don’t worry — Butcher Salt isn’t going anywhere. We’re just continuing to evolve.
Butcher Salt started back in 2013 with a simple idea and a lot of hustle. In 2017 we added Rosie as our second truck, and she quickly became part of the rhythm of our business — showing up to weddings, festivals, backyard celebrations, and community gatherings across the region.
As the food truck and catering landscape continues to evolve, we’re making thoughtful shifts in how we operate and where we focus our energy. Sometimes growth means letting something good continue its journey somewhere new.
We also want to give a big thank you to Chameleon Concessions for helping broker the deal. The Palm family truly is the best in the business, and we appreciate their professionalism and guidance in making this transition such a smooth one.
Rosie helped us serve thousands of guests and build a big piece of the Butcher Salt story, and we’re grateful for every mile she rolled with us.
