Two new menu items today! Hotdogs? Sure, why not?

The Kimchi Dog is an all beef hotdog, house kimchi, pickled daikon, gochujang aioli, and scallions.

The purple and gold Viking Dog gets purple sauerkraut, gochujang mustard, soy ginger aioli, and scallions.

Both come with a side of chips and you can get a second dog for just $5.

Vegan versions coming soon!

Cinco de Mayo's on Tuesday! Just for fun, we're running a "Taco Bowl."

This bowl has all our usual garnishes, but it features three mini chicken tacos as the centerpiece... So literal.

Despite the silly ex*****on, it is actually a really tasty bowl. However, since it is so silly, we'll be offering it a little cheaper than our regular bowls.

We are beyond honored to be asked to be a part of the Plant Protein Innovation Center's 7th Annual Research Spotlight Meeting in May!

We will be doing a cooking demo that will help explore how plant-based proteins can thrive in high-volume institutional environments like schools, universities, and hospitals.
