Our carne asada tacos have been the most ordered tacos at El Jefe this summer, and we can see why.

Carne asada literally means “grilled meat,” but an asada is about more than what’s on the grill. In Mexican culture, asadas are a reason to gather around the grill with friends and family, share a meal and enjoy the moment.

That’s what we love about an asada. It’s not just what’s on the grill, it’s the time spent around it with the people who matter.
