Look what I harvested from my garden! 🍆🌱❤️ My beautiful homegrown eggplants!
I’m going to use them to make some delicious eggplant curry to share with everyone. 🍛😋 Please stop by My Huong Kitchen from 4-7 today and pick up some eggplant curry while it lasts! 🤣❤️

🌶️ Look at my hot peppers! 🤣❤️ I grew these from tiny seeds, and now look how big they are!

I love growing vegetables, but I love sharing them even more. ❤️ Come visit me at My Huong Kitchen, pick a fresh hot pepper, and enjoy it with your pho, salad, or rice! 🍜🌶️

These beautiful plants are called Coleus! ❤️ They are so easy to grow. Just take a cutting, put it in the soil, and about a month later it can grow nice and big! 🤣
If you would like to grow some, come to my restaurant and ask me for a cutting. I’m happy to share! ❤️
Hopefully this winter, when I have more time, I can show everyone how to cook simple homemade food too. 🤣🍳 Right now I’m too busy with my garden and my restaurant! 😂❤️

I had the honor of meeting Minneapolis high school students from Speak Mpls who came to interview me about what happened with ICE in January. ❤️

I’m so proud of these young people for listening, learning, and using their voices. Thank you for coming to My Huong Kitchen and letting me share my story with you. 🙏❤️
