We're coming to India Fest 2026 🇮🇳🤍
Find us at Booth X2 on the Minnesota State Capitol grounds, where Hello Hyderabad (formerly The Hyderabad Indian Grill) will be serving bold Indian flavours all day long.
Freshly made biryani with that deep, slow cooked aroma. Butter chicken rich enough to make you go back for a second plate. Warm naan straight off the heat. Festival specials put together just for the occasion.
India Fest is one of Minnesota's biggest cultural celebrations, and there is no better way to spend the day than music, colour, community, and a plate of proper Indian food in your hands.
Bring the family. Bring your appetite. Bring the friends who have never tried biryani before, this is the day to fix that.

Here's what we're serving at India Fest 2026 🇮🇳🤍
Save this post, because you're going to want to plan your order before you get to the booth.
Start with crispy veg samosa, golden mirchi bhaji, steamed momos in veg or chicken, or samosa chaat piled with chickpeas, chutneys, yogurt and sev.
Then the dosa. Nellore Ghee Karam Dosa and Kadapa Karam Podi Dosa, crisp off the tawa with that bold Telugu karam podi. If you grew up on this, you already know.
The biryani. Vijayawada Chicken Biryani, fiery Andhra style, layered with marinated chicken. Or Chicken 65 Biryani for anyone who wants the heat turned all the way up.
Going bigger? The Chicken Platter comes with tikka masala, rice, naan, tandoori leg and gulab jamun. The Veg Platter brings paneer tikka masala, rice, naan, samosa and gulab jamun.
Finish sweet with Mysore pak or laddoo, and wash it all down with a chilled mango lassi.
