A long over due UPDATE***
We made it through the summer. 2021 has brought us many challenges. We have maintained our catering side of the business and we are so very grateful. This photo was taken in July when we took our staff for a appreciation dinner cruise along with the Donato's Floral staff. We are sad to say that we will not be opening the restaurant side any time soon. Way to many factors to list. Let's just say we have given it a great deal of thought and it doesn't make sense at this time.
My aunt Emily Update: Ever since we retired my aunt and Uncle Elliot, they have been relaxing at home. They have slowed down quite a bit. Three weeks ago Emily fell and broke two ribs, during this time their has been a medical discovery that will require surgery and a 3-6 month recovery. I'm asking you to please pray for her and if you wish to mail a card please do so and I will make sure she gets them. 2124 44th Ave N, Mpls Mn 55412

UPDATE: July 27th, 2021 - We are pausing our Little Italy Nights for now. To say we haven't tried to get this up and running close to the numbers we were used to doing on 36th and Noble ( our former location) would be a understatement. The road closure, along with the unrest on the northside have put our business to a halt. On a positive note our catering has really picked up and we are able to keep the small staff we have busy working events. Here is Ben Dahl-Mcglone he has been with us since we opened Emily's in 2019. Worked his Birthday how dedicated is that? help us wish him a happy birthday! We will keep you updated on POP UPS and events coming up in the Fall and Winter. Keep in mind you can host a gathering at Pickles with up to 35 people and bring your own wine and beer- it's a private party. Call Anna for details
