Salsa a la Salsa Our intention is that you have a true Mexican dining experience every time you visit us. All our sauces and our dishes are made from scratch. Gracias!

Our commitment is that our ambiente, our service, and our food will meet the highest standards. Our recipes are from the central part of Mexico, and have been passed down in our families for many generations. They feature a combination of the most traditional ways of cooking with the creation of new dishes using basic ingredients such as corn husks, banana leaves, hominy, cactus, papaya, and pinea

pple, as well as spices like achiote, smoked chipotle peppers, chiltepin, and epazote, all enhanched by marinating, grilling, and steaming. We are very proud of being a family restaurant and have been recognized by the Twin Cities as one of the best Mexican restaurants. We owe it to you, our customers.
