Memorial Gathering for Michael Kutscheid.

If you would like to gather with other former employees, customers and suppliers of Sanctuary, Jeff Arundel has generously offered his event tent at the back of the Aster Cafe patio, 125 SE Main St, Mpls., MN 55414, for an informal gathering on Sunday, August 21, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. (Jeff says if you arrive early the space will be ready to welcome you). The set up in the tent will be conducive to mingling rather than sitting down to dinner (there may not be enough seats for everyone to sit at the same time – we are not trying to do a headcount)!
You will be able to buy food and drink from the regular Aster menu.
Looking forward to seeing those of you who can come. If you can’t make this gathering, there are a couple other gatherings in the planning stages related to a Vikings game and at other venues.

March 3, 2020 the vultures came. Sad.
It's still a beautiful space. Thanks again for the good memories. Looks like pizza is on the menu next.

It was so great to see Chef Patrick back in the kitchen helping Chef Marc for New Year's Eve - and also to see so many of the original Sanctary crew - as Sanctuary wound down to the sad event of closing its doors forever this evening.

We're not sure what will open in its place.

Thank you for being our customers and for following us on Facebook. It has been a pleasure serving you!

We will miss you. But we wish you a Happy New Year from the bottoms of our hearts.

Throw back Friday. How many of you remember the view from Sanctuary's patio - facing West - from 6 years ago? Some change is good. But you know what hasn't changed? The cozy interior, the warm welcome, and the great food! Come see us again!
