We’re excited to welcome Honduras Pedro Sagastume to a mug near you✨

This coffee is complex, yet sweet. With notes of honeydew, brown sugar, and apricot it’s perfect as get ready to welcome fall.

Pedro Sagastume has a 30 year coffee career, earning him praise from respected producers like Benjamin Paz, who called them “some of the best Honduran Geshas of the season.”

This coffee is not one to miss as we head into cozy season🍁🍂

With notes of Oolong tea, nectarine, and lemon zest, this coffee balances delicate notes with juicy fruit perfectly🍊☀️

This coffee utilizes a relatively new coffee process:
Instead of the cherries being dried, these cherries are pulped and left to sit dry in the mucilage to ferment for about a week. Once that mucilage turns dark and sticky, it is rinsed off and left to dry until it reaches the optimal moisture content.

Uganda Kisoro Estate Anaerobic Natural.
This coffee is a fun and funky one, with prominent winey notes.

With tasting notes of Pinot Noir, caramel, and chocolate cranberry, this coffee is ideal for our adventurous coffee drinkers.

This coffee is another anaerobic processed coffee, that seems to get funkier with age. It’s an extra special one coming from Uganda, with only 20% of their coffee exports being Arabica.

Enjoy this coffee on drip in cafe, or brew it up at home✨💫
