Yesterday, we had the opportunity to spend the day at with Andy Peterson, getting a closer look at the people, land, and animals behind so much of the food we’re proud to serve at Tilia and St. Genevieve. For us, knowing where our food comes from means knowing the people behind it, too.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to visit, learn, and see firsthand the care that goes into raising the food that eventually makes its way to our tables.

We’ll be sharing more photos and stories from our visit soon—stay tuned for a closer look at Peterson Farm and the people behind the food.
