Surdyk’s Café on the first floor, west side of Northrop is open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, as well as before performances happening on the Carlson Family Stage. Serving delicious and unique breakfast paninis, cold sandwiches, lunch paninis, soup, salads, sweets, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate; Surdyk’s Northrop Café offers much more than your typical campus food experience. Foods are

prepared using locally sourced, organic products, along with sustainable eco-friendly foodservice packaging composed of biodegradable products manufactured from renewable resources.
