Chef Josh and the crew just got home from the in Chicago and it was SO good to be back in the Windy City!! For those who don’t know, it’s basically the Super Bowl of the restaurant world and one of the best places to connect with other people in the industry.

Josh got to hang with and the best executive producer in the game, , which was so fun considering Chef Jet judged Josh’s episode of ’s . If you haven’t seen it yet, go watch Season 35 Episode 10 “DDD Seafood”!
