Ask about the little coffee filters! You may have noticed I don’t always have them on hand, I try to pack them to order on Mondays! Please message if you would like some! They are especially delicious when you are on a trip and cannot find tasty coffee, ESpecially when your only other options are a keurig or instant coffee 😱 also very versatile, here I am trying a 5 pulses of 50g water recipe! Tasty! A lot of people just want to measure 250g and pour it from a pot, it dont matter! Also, I have t-shirts!!!!!!

Hey you! To kick things off for the new year, we are now open Saturdays! Yes, today! 8am to 12pm. With some rules 😬😬 considering Okome has so graciously allowed me to nestle into their corner. A) It will be take out only beginning at 11, please order an onigiri or a snack if you want to hang past 12 (which is totally possible) B) I will not be able to serve pour overs during rush hour, there will be a premium drip to compensate. C) come hang!! :) happy new year!!!!! P.s. number C is a very serious rule.

Happy Holiday season! Thank you for this past year and your continued support, it has meant a lot to me your commitment to this communal space we are building. The journey continues! Big news! Next year I will be open on Saturdays before the restaurant opens. This means if you all come at once, I will try my best to keep everyone happy. ***hope this is not permanent, I will try to hire someone before spring and hopefully open 7 days a week, I know some of you love the late Mondays!***

Got a couple new coffees from just on pour over! Now that the cold is coming and things slow down a bit I can make everyone pour overs! A washed colombian pink bourbon offering a limey herby escape and a natural berryful ethiopian, both adding color and fun flavors to the shelves :) will get some retail if you like it enough to bring home !!
