In solidarity with the General Minneapolis Strike, and immigrants throughout this city, Rinata Restaurant will close Friday, January 23rd.

Our nation would not be what it is today without the incalculable contributions of our immigrant neighbors. What is happening in Minneapolis today is unconscionable, repugnant, and sits squarely on the wrong side of history.

We encourage you to participate in this strike with us.

On Monday, October 21st, our founder, father, and best friend Amor Hantous passed peacefully in his sleep. Although this is our darkest moment, we take comfort in the warm memories of his kindness, service, and love of his community. You, our loyal and incredible customers, were one of his deep joys in life, and we wish to express his deepest and most sincere gratitude and love for your years of support.

We will be announcing a memorial in his honor soon. We hope to see you all there.
