This weekend I had the opportunity to come alongside about 100 other makers in my community to help put on a fundraiser event. The sheer scale of items was amazing to see, as well as the large group of eager volunteers. The 100% donated art, crafts, foods and soaps from Saturday’s event raised about $20,000 to go towards rent relief in Powderhorn Park neighborhood.
