We are a Gluten Free Craft Kitchen operating under the Minnesota Cottage Food License.

With a dedicated kitchen where all our amazing gluten free delights are created, our kitchen is 100% gluten free. The bulk of our ingredients are locally sourced, and we have a strong commitment to community. Atuvava Bakery will be CLOSED Friday, January 23rd, in solidarity with our neighbors and friends across Minnesota, demanding ICE stop terrorizing our neighborhood and immigrant communities.

Friends - our January hiatus is wrapping up and Atuvava is back to regular hours as of Wednesday, January 21st!

We’ve missed you and are looking forward to getting back to baking!
We’re excited about all the new recipes we’re working on, and will roll out over the next few weeks.
We’re also excited about the newest addition to the store: a little gluten free grocery section!
(Emphasis on little :) Just some easy grab-n-go items to make your life a bit easier… did you ever want a box of awesome gf pasta when you grabbed your baguette? We’ve got you covered!)

But friends, we are reopening the bakery at a time when our neighbors, neighborhood and city are under an unprecedented assault from our Federal Government. CPB/ICE are actively terrorizing the community where we work and live.
As a business and as individuals we have been active supporting our community during this occupation, and Atuvava will remain a safe space for our community.

In the days ahead we’ll share ways that we are helping our community, and invite you to be part of it!

happy almost 2026, everyone!! atuvava is open from 11am - 2pm today (dec 31st). starting jan 1st, we will be closed for our annual winter break. we will return to regular hours on jan 21st, 2026!

to celebrate the end of 2025, everything in our freezer is 25% off! come stock up and clear us out before the break :)

We’re open til 6pm today (Tues the 23rd)! Stop by for some delish cinnamon rolls, pie crusts, dinner rolls, loaves and cookies!

We’ve got molasses cookies, peanut butter blossoms, coconut macaroons, and more!

Reminder that we will be closed Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th, back to regular hours Friday and Saturday!

Friends! Here is Atuvava’s December Holiday schedule -

This week (12/17-12/20) we will be open with regular hours: Wed-Sat from 11am-6pm. Woo!

Next week we’re open Monday (12/22) and Tuesday (12/23) from 11am-6pm. The bakery will be closed 12/24 & 12/25.

But! We’re back open Friday 12/26 and Saturday 12/27 with regular hours.

Lastly, we’ll be open Tuesday 12/30 from 11am-6pm and Wednesday 12/31 from 11am- 2pm.

Atuvava will be closed for the first 3 weeks of January for our annual winter break -- back to regular hours Wednesday 1/21! Remember to stock up now, and we’ll be back with fresh Atuvava goodies in no time :)

Friends - the bakery will be closed wednesday (12/3) and thursday (12/4) this week.
Apologies for short notice. I’m recovering from a bout of pneumonia and will not be up to getting back into the kitchen for a couple more days. I’d hoped to shake it faster… alas, the body heals at its own rate.
Sincere apologies for the inconvenience - we’ll be back friday (12/5) - looking forward to seeing you then ♥️

Just a reminder! Atuvava has special hours this week:

We will be open Tuesday (11/25) and Wednesday (11/26) from 1pm-6pm! Please note that we will have a limited menu and it is possible things may sell out.

We are closed Thursday and Friday due to Thanksgiving.

But! We will be back on Saturday (11/29) from 11am-5pm for Small Business Saturday! Come celebrate with all of us here on the block :)

We wish we could accommodate everyones orders, but please remember that we are a small, family business. Hey folks! Been wondering about Atuvava Thanksgiving plans??

We’ll be posting our Thanksgiving preorder form on our website THIS Sunday (11/16) at 12pm.

The form will allow you to preorder for pickup either Tuesday 11/25 or Wednesday 11/26.

We will also be open for walk-in on both of those days from 1pm-6pm! Please note that we will have a limited Thanksgiving offering that will include:

Rustic Loaves
Vegan Rustic Loaves
Cranberry-Pecan Boule
Dinner Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls
Muffins
Biscuits
Frozen Pie Crusts
9x9 Brownie Trays
9x9 Pumpkin Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

As usual, we will be closed on that Thursday (Thanksgiving, 11/27) and Friday (11/28). We will be back on Saturday (11/29) for Small Biz Saturday!

Lastly, we’ve been stocking our freezers leading up to the holiday. Looking for pie crusts, dinner rolls, or loaves? All of our goodies last well in the freezer, so stop in early and get that stock-up off your plate!

Folks! Atuvava is back to our regular hours!
We’re so excited to show you what we’ve been working on this past week :) Not only did we do some much-needed kitchen re-vamping (soooo many shelves…and a new oven!) but we’ve made it a bit more cozy up front — just in time for winter!
So make sure you check out our new reading and games nook when you pop in! Game-playing, reading, and hanging out with Frog is encouraged for all ages 😋💚
And if you’ve got some work to do… why not at our new countertop seating? I’ve heard it’s easier to get through that inbox with a cold brew and Atuvava treat by your side!
