All summer long you can catch us at the state’s largest events cooking up our paella for all of Minnesota. Many of our foodie customers who have had authentic paella from Spain say ours is the best they’ve had. We take pride in our craft and take measures to ensure authentic flavor by using high quality imported ingredients.

And just like that, the 2026 Minnesota State Fair is a wrap! 🥘

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by Paella Depot this year. Whether you came for your usual paella, tried our new croquettes, grabbed an agua fresca, or were just discovering us for the first time, we really appreciate you making us part of your Fair experience.

But we’re not done just yet! We have two more events this season — September 19 (Cottage Grove Food Truck Fest) and October 10–11 (City of Lakes Art Fair). Come grab some paella before we wrap up the season!
