Feliz cumpleaños Chef ! A true renaissance man, Edwin really is a man of many talents! He’s incredibly creative and an absolute badass in the kitchen. Originally from Baja California, Edwin spent years perfecting his kitchen skills before his longtime tenure as the executive sushi chef for a popular local restaurant group. He brings so much knowledge and talent to our little food truck family and we just love him so much!

We LOVE anything deep-fried on a stick here in the land of 10,000 lakes. In México, GANSITO snack cakes are beloved, iconic and a part of the national identity ¡Recuérdame! 🇲🇽
