🩵🧡 HAPPY OCTOBER 1st 🧡🩵

Our last few months on the food truck are here, and we’re going out with all the flavor. 🌽✨

This one is loaded with chayote, calabacita, yuca, roasted poblano peppers, cabbage + roasted pepitas, all piled high on a soft puffy golden base and finished with our salsas.

Every plate, every stop, every person who’s supported us along the way means so much. 🫶🏽

Come eat with us before the truck days come to an end. 💙
